One of the main things that I miss about being a Marine, strangely enough, was always having fresh apples and oranges at the chow hall. I usually at an orange with every meal. It doesn't seem like that big of a deal, but I really missed it. I have tried getting fruit on my own, but unless I go shopping regularly (which I hate) it is hard to have good fresh fruit on a daily basis.
